Your Key Responsibilities

Maintain PM policies and guidelines and keep them up-to-date in all files and systems.

Coordinate changes of access authorization and implementation of the changes.

Administer project data and project reports and coordinate project reviews.

Take over operational organization of local or international PM training.

Prepare PMO reports and monitor action lists as agreed.

• Executing projects and assuming responsibility as regulated in INZS 06018 & IN ZS 06015 (Special Machinery Development Process)
  
  

- Achieving agreed upon project goals (content, quality, date, costs) and fulfilling the project order -

Applying the project management method and tools -

Structuring, planning and controlling the project, sub-project and work packages -

Managing the approved project budget and reviewing the project costs(planned/actual) - Estimating risks and continuously determining project progress (planned/actual comparison)

Your Qualifications

• Degree qualified engineer/industrial engineer/business administrator /technician or comparable training
  
  

- Atleast 5-6 years of professional experience in project management -

Preferably certified according to general project management standards (PMI, IPMA, GPF) - Business fluent in english
