Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, and Delivery teams.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
- Support delivery leads in resolving operational issues.
- Manage billing, timesheets, and compliance tracking.
- Prepare and deliver monthly operations reviews.
- Maintain accurate reports across delivery functions.
- Manage delivery operations data (utilization, financials, project metrics).
- Build and maintain dashboards for client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve delivery performance.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and delivery standards.
- Support audit and governance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery operations.
- 3–7 years’ experience in PMO or delivery operations in IT/consulting.
- Strong knowledge of delivery metrics, financial tracking, and governance.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
