Job Description

The responsibilities associated with this position, including project management, team leadership, technical oversight, client relations, and business development, are essential for the successful delivery of our services. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Analyse test data to assess the performance and integrity of pile foundations. Oversee on-site testing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with site personnel and contractors to facilitate smooth testing operations. Plan, schedule, and manage pile testing projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians. Provide training and support to team members. Conduct and oversee various pile testing methods, such as Bi directional (O Cell test) static load tests, dynamic load tests, and integrity tests. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Prepares method statements. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Maintain detailed records of all tests conducted and prepare comprehensive reports. Analyse test results and provide recommendations based on findings. Manage the procurement, maintenance, and calibration of testing equipment. Allocate resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.

Ensure all testing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

Implement and monitor safety measures on-site.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pile testing market.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to secure new projects.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in pile testing. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
