Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project management – Plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Stakeholder coordination – Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Risk management – Identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.
Resource allocation – Optimize team and material resources for maximum efficiency.
Reporting & documentation – Maintain detailed project reports, KPIs, and post-mortem analyses.
Quality assurance – Ensure deliverables meet company and client standards.
Must-Have Skills & Software Proficiency
5+ years of proven project management experience in construction industry.
Technical expertise – MS Project, JIRA, Trello/Asana, Primavera, or similar PM tools.
Soft skills – Leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and excellent communication.
Certifications – PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (preferred).
Industry knowledge – Familiarity with [relevant regulations/standards] in construction industry.
