What Youll Do

• Get nosy (the good kind): Dive deep into user behavior, uncovering the "why" behind the "what" with qualitative and quantitative research.
• Be the glue: Collaborate across teams to turn research insights into ideas that shape our products and business.
• Help us build awesome stuff: Partner with product managers and designers to drive user-first strategies.
• Be a curious stalker: Plan and execute foundational, generative, and evaluative studies to iterate on prototypes and gather meaningful feedback.
• Spread the wisdom: Document and share insights in ways that everyone can understandfostering a research-driven culture.
• Simplify the complex: Champion in-house research evangelism to make findings accessible and actionable across the organization.
  
  

What were looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in product-focused research, with a solid grasp of UX principles and methods.
• A natural curiosity to ask why? until you get to the heart of the matter.
• Multitasking wizardryyoure comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• An eagle eye for detail, especially in research synthesis and documentation.
• Top-notch communication and collaboration skills that make working with cross-functional teams a breeze.
