Job Overview

The Plant Head role focuses on overseeing the operations of our silo and tank manufacturing. This full-time position, based in Noida and Palwal, requires a minimum of 7 years of work experience in a senior role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant activities, ensuring productivity, maintaining high levels of quality, and achieving operational excellence.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or plant management with a focus on manufacturing and production.
• Proven expertise in operations management, plant management, and PEB (Mandatory skill).
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team to achieve set objectives.
• Experience in strategic planning to drive the company's growth and adapt to new market trends and challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management to effectively coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure that manufacturing meets the required standards and regulations.
• Solid budgeting skills to manage and control plant expenses while optimizing resource allocation.

• Oversee all plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
