Plant Head - Coimbatore (PET Preforms)

Responsibilities:

• To lead the overall functioning of the plant including – Production, Maintenance, Quality and Admin as well.


• To ensure the profitability of plant by optimisation of operations


• To lead the team and guide them to meet organisational goals


• Employee Management and fostering a team culture


• Reporting and Co-ordinating at the plant level, across other plants and Head Office.

Requirements:

• Experience in Injection and Blow Moulding ( preferably in PET field)


• Experience with leading a team


• Experience in MIS


• Experience in working in an organisation with at least more than 50 employees


• Experience in QA, QMS.


• Experience in handling migrant employees


• Knowledge of Tamil language
