Responsible For
- Lead the piping engineering team in planning, design, and execution of piping systems of Super critical Boiler design.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry codes (ASME, API, ANSI, etc.), and safety standards.
- Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and department budgeting.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve site technical engineering Issues.
- Review and approve piping layouts, isometrics, material specifications, and stress analysis reports.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams.
- Develop and implement department procedures, standards, and design tools.
- Mentor and train team of Engineers and Designers and promote professional growth within the team.
- Support business development by providing technical input for proposals and client meetings.
- Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, layout design, stress analysis, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SP3D, SPR, CAESAR II).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments..
