Piping Engineer

Responsibility

 Study of Contract document, Plot Plan, Boiler GA and P &I.

 Preparation of Piping Line list and verifying of Material of construction & thickness of

various pipelines.

 Preparation of input list & brought out list as per P&ID.

 Coordinate with client for Collecting required input documents & brought out

documents.

 Preparation of AMR for various WBS as per client requirement.

 Preparation terminal point drawings.

 Preparation of boiler piping layout & deaerator piping layout drawings.

 Attending project review meeting with client, whenever required.

 Preparation of insert plate drawing if required.

 Coordinate with clients for resolving queries if any.

 Checking of piping Isometric detail drawings.

 Preparing IBR calculations for isometric drawings.

 Checking of piping support fabrication detail drawings.

 Checking of insulation schedule as per isometric drawings.

 Preparing hold list for entire project if any.

 Preparing schematic diagram for steam blowing arrangement.
