Job Overview

As a Picker Packer at Buildout Retail Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for selecting, packing, and dispatching products from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. This is a full-time position based in Sonipat, and it is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience.

• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.

• Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic to manage order quantities and inventory counts.
• Inventory Management: Experience or ability to learn to manage stock levels and storage effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Select and gather products based on customer orders from different sections of the warehouse.
• Sort, pack, and label items accurately for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as required.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards while performing warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets for order fulfillment.
• Participate in periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
