Responsibilities & Responsibilities

  • Developing a website on WordPress based on design provided with utmost attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the design team on feature/design feasibility during the design phase of a website.
  • Understanding of Figma / PSD / HTML Layout.
  • Building new features and functionalities on WordPress based on requirements.
  • Building and implementing new themes and plugins.
  • Building the website front-end and conducting website performance tests.
  • Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting error(s) encountered.
  • Handling the backend of the website, including database and server integration.
  • Ensuring high performance and managing all the technical aspects of assigned WordPress website(s).
  • Ability to convert HTML pages to WordPress theme.
  • Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a full team.
  • Maintain well-documented and reusable code.
  • Help SEO Team to solve errors / issue in the website.
  • Understanding of Website Responsiveness / Reducing Page Speed.
  • Ability to handle Hosting/Domain / Email Set up.
  • Taking Website Back up.
  • Knowledge of Shopify / Wix / will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Payment Gateway. Integrate with e-Commerce websites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a WordPress developer.
  • Well-versed in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress Theming (Including ACF Pro, Elementor etc.).
  • Good Core PHP knowledge and interest in learning the latest technologies.
  • Knowledge about Custom Post Type.
  • Experience working with debugging tools.
