Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code to extend WordPress functionality.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize website performance to ensure high-quality user experiences.

  • Ensure website security, scalability, and SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress and PHP trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Proficient in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with MySQL and database management.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of website optimization techniques (e.g., caching, minification).
  • Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization.
