Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for assisting pharmacists with various tasks such as dispensing medication, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing medication to patients
• Manage inventory and restock medications as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and answer any questions they may have
• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other equipment
  
  

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, with a work schedule of Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.
