- Duties and Responsibilities:
- To carry out kiln, raw mill and coal mill operation.
- Troubleshooting of the problems and coordinating with all concern departments.
- Good knowledge of SAP PP module for production and stoppage booking.
- Implementation of ABOE activities and to develop safety culture in the department.
- To carry out refractory related jobs at site during kiln shutdown and handling manpower.

- To achieve targeted clinker production with desirable clinker quality.
- To reduce SPC and sp. Heat consumption of kiln.
- To achieve targeted raw mill TPH
