Responsibilities
- Conduct personality development workshops and training sessions
- Assess individual client needs and tailor training programs accordingly
- Facilitate interactive discussions to enhance communication skills

- Develop training materials and resources for various programs
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants
- Stay updated on the latest trends in personality development
- Collaborate with team members to enhance training strategies
- Strong passion for teaching and personal development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Creativity in designing training materials and programs
- Basic understanding of personality development concepts
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies
- Experience in public speaking or coaching is a plus
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
