We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, results-focused, and passionate about scaling paid media campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising strategies across multiple digital channels to drive growth, conversions, and ROI.

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Display, Social Media, and Programmatic channels.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation across platforms to maximize performance.
- Monitor key metrics including CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other KPIs to track campaign effectiveness.
- Run and manage campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Identify and test new channels, targeting strategies, and creative formats to unlock growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams to align on campaign strategies and ensure messaging consistency.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.
- Deep understanding of paid media platforms, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while hitting performance targets.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
