• plan and execute campaigns across different advertising platforms
• manage end to end process from idea generation to execution and optimisation
• generate hypothesis and design relevant experiments to test them
• run A/B experiments across creatives, copy and product flows

you should apply if you:

• have 3 to 5 years of experience working in performance marketing for consumer internet product
• possess hands on experience of running paid ads on google, facebook, dv360, programmatic and affiliate channels
• are good with data and can take data backed decisions
• have a growth mindset and has the ability to figure things out
