Key Responsibilities

• Paid campaign strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid marketing strategy across channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Campaign management: Manage the day-to-day operations of performance marketing campaigns, including ad creation, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid optimization.
• Data-driven optimization: Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns for maximum performance, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.
• Conversion tracking & analytics: Set up and maintain conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel. Track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
• A/B testing: Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to continually improve campaign performance.
• Budget management: Allocate and manage performance marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve growth targets.
• Audience targeting: Continuously refine audience targeting and segmentation to ensure the right message reaches the right audience, improving lead quality and conversion rates.
• Cross-channel coordination: Work closely with other marketing teams (content, SEO, email) to ensure cohesive cross-channel strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
• Reporting & insights: Create detailed performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
