The Opportunity

We design and operate leading digital payment and transactional solutions that enable sustainable economic growth and reinforce trust and security in our societies.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to penetration testing and cybersecurity across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, penetration testing methodologies, and the ability to manage complex projects to enhance our security posture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects, including the planning, execution, and closing of penetration testing engagements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts and engineers to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, with a high level of quality.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting project statuses and risks.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to inform project direction and priorities.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and penetration testing.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of security protocols, IT systems, and software development.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools and processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
• Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
