Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently during night shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service delivery experience for all customers.
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Work closely with the payer domain team to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying potential issues and providing solutions.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
