Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in creating and executing innovative pastry and bakery recipes that adhere to company standards.
• Ensure that the quality and presentation of all pastries meet consistent, high standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the pastry and bakery section, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.
• Maintain inventory and supplies, making sure that stock levels are adequate and orders are placed timely to avoid shortages.
• Ensure all pastries and baked goods comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Mentor and train junior pastry chefs, providing guidance on best practices and skill development.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas, specials, and seasonal offerings.
