The Position
The Partner, Patient Solutions (PS) is a mid-senior management role at Roche, responsible for the strategic leadership, deployment, and lifecycle management of The Blue Tree Patient Solutions Program. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless program execution, vendor management, and operational excellence, directly impacting patient and healthcare provider experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in healthcare operations, adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-vendor environments.

The Position
The Partner, Patient Solutions (PS) is a mid-senior management role at Roche, responsible for the strategic leadership, deployment, and lifecycle management of The Blue Tree Patient Solutions Program. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless program execution, vendor management, and operational excellence, directly impacting patient and healthcare provider experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in healthcare operations, adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-vendor environments.
Your Opportunity
- Lead the planning, design, and proactive monitoring & oversight of The Blue Tree Patient Solutions Program, ensuring zero error in defined tasks and timely resolution of issues through corrective actions
- Develop, deploy, and manage PS strategies and tactics in alignment with Roche’s organizational and affiliate objectives
- Coordinate and oversee the deployment of PS initiatives across the organization, streamlining vendor management and ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Manage and evaluate multiple vendors, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and adherence to program guardrails
- Oversee the Roche-owned digital platform, including the mobile application interface, ensuring a holistic and seamless user experience for both doctors and patients
- Ensure all PS team members and service providers are trained on SOPs and guidance documents, implementing effective cost and process controls to prevent slippages
- MBA in Operations/Program Management (preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare and operations roles, with direct program management experience
- Prior experience in Patient Solutions or healthcare program management is mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and multiple vendors in a complex, regulated environment
- Strong experience with digital platforms, CRM tools, and mobile application interfaces in healthcare
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities
- Experience in contract management, compliance, and audit processes
- Willingness to travel as required by program needs
