Job Summary

As a Partner-First Private at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank's private banking business in Chandigarh. You will work closely with our Wealth Management team to provide personalized financial solutions to high net worth individuals and families. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones, while also ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to acquire new private banking clients in Chandigarh
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase their share of wallet
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide customized financial solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with the Wealth Management team to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the private banking business
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing high net worth clients
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and credit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Relevant certifications such as CFP or CFA will be an added advantage
