Lyzr is hiring a senior Partner Development Manager based in India to build and scale Systems-Integrator (SI) ecosystems for our ISV products. This is a senior, hands-on role (15+ years experience required) reporting to the Chief Business Officer — Partnerships. Must have proven, non-negotiable experience building SI partnerships for ISVs (examples: AWS/Snowflake/Databricks ISV partner programs or similar).


About the role


You’ll design, recruit, enable and scale a network of SI partners that sell, customize and operate Lyzr agent solutions for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for partner selection, GTM programs, joint pipeline generation, enablement, commercial motion design and partner success — with a strong bias for measurable revenue outcomes.


Key responsibilities


  • Own end-to-end SI partner strategy for Lyzr: sourcing, qualification, onboarding, enablement, co-sell and growth.
  • Recruit and manage strategic SI accounts and alliances (system integrators, consultancies, regional integrators).
  • Design partner programs (tiers, incentives, technical enablement, certification paths, revenue sharing, referral/renewal motions).
  • Build joint GTM plays — co-selling, co-marketing, PoC playbooks, and joint customer workshops.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline; be accountable for partner-influenced ARR.
  • Create partner enablement assets: sales training, technical labs, demo flows, onboarding checklists.
  • Manage partner performance (KPIs), commercial negotiations and SLAs; resolve conflicts and escalations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to operationalize partner needs.
  • Represent Lyzr externally at partner events, conferences and executive briefings.


Must-have qualifications (non-negotiable)


  • 15+ years’ experience in partnerships/business development; at least 3 years in a Partner Development/Partner Management role for an ISV focused on building SI partnerships.
  • Direct experience launching and scaling SI partner ecosystems for an ISV (examples: worked at/with AWS ISV partners, Snowflake Marketplace partners, Databricks ecosystem, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of driving partner-influenced revenue (closed deals or measurable pipeline).
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills (contracts, revenue-share models, partner SLAs).
  • Excellent network inside Indian SIs and experience with global/regional SIs.
  • Comfortable with technical conversations — able to engage with pre-sales/solution architects.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Remote/hybrid work capability.


Nice-to-have


  • Experience working with hyperscalers’ partner programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) or cloud marketplaces.
  • Experience in enterprise verticals we care about (banking, insurance, enterprise software).
  • Prior experience at a startup or scaling ISV.


Location & reporting


  • Based in India (hybrid, any major city).
  • Reports to: Chief Business Officer — Partnerships (Lyzr).


KPIs / Success metrics


  • Partner-sourced pipeline ($) and partner-influenced ARR.
  • Number of certified/active SI partners and time-to-first-deal per partner.
  • Win rate for joint pursuits vs direct.
  • Partner NPS / enablement completion rates.
  • Average deal size sold through partners.
