This position would allow the candidate to learn true financial planning/ advisory in a RIA firm. Training & mentoring assistance provided would be invaluable for the future career progression of the candidate. The candidate would over-time get hands-on experience in doing financial plans & offering advisories.
This is a true advisory position & there is no sales involved.
As per the regulations, a candidate who satisfies all conditions needed to function as an advisor only can provide advice and talk to clients. We are recruiting Para planners/ Trainee Financial Advisors who will learn the ropes of Financial Planning and provide assistance to other planners in delivery of services and advice to clients.
The candidate is expected to have sound knowledge on financial planning & allied finance areas, which we will build on.
We are looking for candidates with excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and other regional languages is a plus.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has done graduation in commerce (B Com ) or BAF, BFM, BMS or other such courses. with CFP certification. Also NISM XA/XB or CFP certification is needed. Over time, the candidate needs to pursue PG course too and get the necessary two years relevant experience after which they can be full-fledged Client facing advisors. CFP certification should be through regular pathway only. If the candidate is a postgraduate with professional degrees like CA, CFA, MBA etc., it will be a distinct advantage.
Experience
We are looking for those with minimal or no experience. They will get trained in Financial Planning and Advisory at Ladder7.
