About the Role


We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this execution-focused role, you’ll support the planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting of full-funnel paid media campaigns across global and regional markets.


You’ll work hands-on in platforms like Google Search, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other paid social channels—collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to drive pipeline and align with revenue goals.



You will:
  • Execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Search, Bing, and paid social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) with a focus on lead generation and pipeline acceleration
  • Manage campaign setup, QA, tagging, audience targeting, ad copy, and creative trafficking
  • Regularly optimize campaigns based on performance—adjusting budgets, bids, copy, and targeting as needed
  • Pull and analyze reports across platforms to track KPIs (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to tailor campaigns to regional and audience needs
  • Partner with the global paid media team to ensure consistency in structure, insights, and best practices
  • Assist in budget tracking and ensure spend aligns to plan
  • Support A/B testing across creative, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain up-to-date campaign documentation, trackers, and dashboards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and knowledge sharing


You Have:
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign execution, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and at least one paid social platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, UTMs)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and take action
  • High attention to detail with strong QA skills across campaign elements (copy, tracking, targeting)
  • Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker, Google Sheets/Excel, or similar
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to work across time zones
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile work environment

Bonus Points for:
  • Experience with enterprise or midmarket audiences
  • Experience marketing to an IT audience
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) or B2B data tools (e.g., Segment, Tableau)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
  • Exposure to localization and running international/regional campaigns
  • Certifications in Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
