This job is provided by apna.co OYO Mystery Audit – Couple Stay AuditWe are initiating a Live Mystery Audit to evaluate real-time booking behavior, service quality, and compliance with OYO policies at selected hotel properties.
Objective:To assess:
Hotel staff behavior
Booking flexibility for walk-in couples
Adherence to OYO’s short-stay policies
Audit Details:Audit Type: Mystery Audit (Couple Stay)
Mode: In-person (Live Stay)
Duration: 1–2 hour stay
Booking Approach: Auditors should request a room for a short stay (1–2 hours) and negotiate a rate lower than the standard OYO pricing.
Audit Guidelines:Auditors must participate in pairs, acting as couples.

Male & Female
Two Males
Two Females
Auditors are required to check-in and complete the stay to evaluate the full guest experience, including check-in process, staff interaction, room condition, and exit protocol.
Target Locations:Noida | Gurgaon | Delhi | Hyderabad | Kolkata | Jaipur | Ranchi | Jharkhand | Bangalore
For assignment and scheduling, please connect with the audit coordination team. All auditors will be briefed prior to the visit and must maintain discretion and professionalism during the audit process.
