Organizational Development Manager, Supply Chain & Operations, IMEA

As the Organizational Development (OD) Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by co-designing and implementing global OD strategies within the IMEA region. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving talent development, and supporting cultural transformation. You will collaborate closely with regional HR Business Partners and local management teams to ensure these initiatives are impactful and aligned with both global goals and regional needs.

What You´ll Do

Skill-based development strategy design:

• Co-design the next generation of our global OD strategy with a focus on talent development and growth mindset culture transformation.
• Be the regional voice and shape the global OD strategy to fit specific needs of IMEA.
• Challenge assumptions and bring in outside-in views to continuously enhance and grow our skill-based development approach.
  
  

Regional skill-based development program execution:

• Lead the rollout of skill-based development programs in collaboration with regional and local operations to develop critical competencies needed for future success.
• Guide regional leaders and teams through change initiatives, applying effective change management methodologies.
• Identify regional training needs, support the creation of development programs and foster a continuous learning culture.
  
  

Early careers talent program development:

• Co-design the global rotational development program for our operations career path to ensure appropriate challenges and support mechanisms are in place.
• Oversee the IMEA early career program participants and act as guiding mentor to their development journeys.
• Lead the hiring and performance assessments for our early career program participants and manage our regional senior stakeholders.

• Minimum 8 years of work experience
