About The Job
Registration orders and monitor order settlement process (delay, move forward, orders on hold, TBA). Ensure that orders are maintained and updated. Handle returns, commission, credit/debit. Coordinate and follow up on claims from customers. Prepare quotes including parts detective (prices, delivery time and minor technical selection). Communicate with customers and act as customers representative internal. Drive/contribute to continuous improvement. Coordinate with relevant departments like Sales (Business Unit), Purchase, Design, Quality Assurance for execution of orders. Handle material and capacity planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling of Standard Orders. Monitor job progress from Conception to Completion, maintaining delivery precision. Secure minimum Inventory: raw material, components, WIP, no shortages. Work on MoveX System.

What You Know
- Communication & Cordination Skills :- Be able to cordinate with cross functional teams.
- Leadership & Influence:- Lead team of CFT members, analyze problems, identify root causes, and find and work on proposed solutions
- Technical Proficiency:- Become proficient in using Movex & other Order Handling related systems.
- Continuous Learning:- Ability to learn new processes and systems as per requirement.
- Attension to detail:- Capture details during project execution and track action points with concern person till closure.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the production processes, methodologies and tools of around 5 to 8+ Years
- Any BE/B-tech (Mechanical-Preferred)
- Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor. Safety equipment required when present on the shop floor – footwear, hearing, eyewear.
- Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure).
