Job Description
Title - Order Fulfilment Manager
Monthly CTC - 30K to 40K
Expected Experience - 2 to 4 years
Location - Punjab (Preferably Chandigarh)
About the Role:
Anarvah is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to manage the end-to-end process of fulfilling customer orders. This role requires strong coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to optimizing fulfilment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Verification:
- Receive, review, and accurately process customer orders from various channels (e.g., online platforms, direct sales).
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, shipping information, and payment details.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders in a timely and efficient manner, communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
Inventory Management and Coordination:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Ensure accurate labelling and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits as required.
Shipping and Logistics:
- Select the most appropriate shipping methods based on cost, delivery time, and customer requirements.
- Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Troubleshoot any shipping delays or issues and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Process Improvement and Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the order fulfilment process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for order management and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order fulfilment activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on fulfilment metrics and performance.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding order status, inventory levels, and potential challenges.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfilment, e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related role.
