- Interact/Work closely together with Regional Sales Managers and Business Line Managers and other Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure a consistent and homogeneous approach across VTBA-VIN division to achieve our strategic targets.
- Responsibility to hold decentralized entities accountable for correct master data settings and material availability dates and compliance with order processing rules, check un-forecasted orders and loop in demand planner to address the issues in next BLM rounds.
- Regular reviews of product inventory optimization in the region together with regional DC managers and the divisional Logistics process manager to reach market expected lead times within agreed operating costs.
- Identify and propose necessary changes for effective and sustaining supply chains by following the divisional guidelines with optimized inventory in close cooperation with the Divisional Logistics Team.
- Investigate, monitor and escalate the impacts from new product introductions, engineering changes and product obsolescence linked in the DC to the Global equipment & accessories business and follow-up with actions
- Hold ownership of expedite requests process flow, order deferrals and cancellation process flow and give support if required.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular analysis of performance and failure analysis and working closely together with the Divisional SCM Master Data Experts to address sustaining data maintenance.
- Provide management support and ensure proactive, transparent communication regarding material availability to the equipment and accessory business. Develop and implement improvement plans, including corrective and preventive actions (e.g., stock health, on-time delivery, forecasting), and track progress through defined measures and KPIs

Educational background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in managerial positions in corporate manufacturing company.
- Previous operational experience in Supply chain coordination, proven track record of delivering results with sound business knowledge and financial acumen
- Passion to work in a matrix organization with an international footprint
- Experience in demand planning or/and logistics/sales & operations processes from order entry to customer delivery
- Excellent computer skills (SAP ERP MM & SD, CRM systems, MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken), other foreign languages as advantage
- Adaptable to work with different cultures
- Proactive and agile in response to urgent business situations
- Flexible work times to cover multiple time zones
- Structured and process oriented and well organized, objectives driven personality with strong customer orientation
- Ability to multi-task in a complex environment and operate in corporate company with matrix-organizational setup
- Solution oriented and strong capability and persistent communication
- Identify inefficiencies and drive for improvement in processes and efficiency
- Ability to handle the demands of the internal and external customer simultaneously
- Detail oriented & ability to follow-up and follow-through
