Responsibilities:
- Conduct optometry training in refraction, dispensing, and technical processes for Lenskart staff.
- Enhance training effectiveness by incorporating latest methodologies, role plays, and innovative team-building activities with a customer-centric approach.
- Measure training outcomes and provide timely feedback to learners.
- Develop and maintain training content tailored to various learning needs.
- Regularly monitor store staff performance by visiting stores, conducting mock sessions, and implementing quality training interventions.
- B.Sc. in Optometry
- Minimum 5 years of overall optometry experience, with at least 2 years in store optometry
- Prior experience in optometry training is a plus
