Operations Support Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Supports vendor payment process and the setup on the payment platform including review, monitor & approval of vendor budget
• Update and maintain internal databases and systems of records (e.g. COUPA) tracking systems and project plans with project specific information
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of all finance systems. Manage all aspects of the Project Finances including monthly expenses, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Proactively identify Out of Scope (OOS) activities and implement and maintain change control log and processes
• Demonstrate compliance with Vendor Management Plan and Purchase Order (PO) process
• Actively contribute to the creation and finalization of Vendor Management Plan through understanding project requirements and third-party vendor impact
• Actively contribute to establishment of project level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including assessing & documenting vendor performance
• Supports any other Operations activities prioritized and agreed with Business Unit and Line Manager
  
  

Business Unit specific activities:

• Communicates with IQVIA project teams on set up of studies
• Provides support to Project Management admin activities such quoting, receivables and payables, billing and invoicing among others
• Supports the creation, administration and cost control of POs
• Proactively and on time provide data to PIC/PM on areas including cost, schedule, scope and change orders
• Organize and partner with PIC/PM in managing internal project team and customer meetings including project status report, presentation material and minutes
• Monitor project metrics & milestones and make required updates in IQVIA systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting is available
• Ad-hoc project support as defined by PIC/PM
• Support Commercial, Sales, Pricing and Finance departments to achieve their business goals
