Title - Operations Supervisor (Inbound and Inventory)

Annual CTC - 2.5 to 3.5 LPA

Expected Experience - 1 to 2 years

Location - Chandigarh

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage our inbound logistics and inventory processes. The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring accurate inward processing, stock verification, put away, and reporting. The role will supervise off-roll staff, maintain stock accuracy in Zoho Inventory, and support the Warehouse Manager in smooth inventory control and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics Management:
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to schedule and track incoming shipments.
• Receive and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping manifests.
• Conduct thorough quality and quantity checks on all deliveries.
• Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with incoming products to the relevant departments.

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
• Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system data.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, turnover, and discrepancies.
• Manage product returns, transfers, and disposals in accordance with company policies.
• Optimize storage space and organization to improve warehouse efficiency.

• Coordination & Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound and inventory-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve logistical and inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inbound and inventory are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferred: BCom / BBA/MBA- Supply Chain / Logistics).
• 1–2 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Zoho Inventory / WMS preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Stock recco).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and team supervision skills.
