Job Description: Operations Planner
Location - Various locations across India
Mati Carbon PBC is at the forefront of climate-tech innovation, leveraging Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) to remove carbon from the atmosphere while boosting the livelihoods of smallholder farmers in the Global South. We are a US Public benefit corporation with operations in USA, India and Africa. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate with expertise in Advanced Excel and basic GIS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling verification dashboards, possess basic knowledge of GIS and geo-mapping, and be proficient in software handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations and Logistics Support: Assist in planning and executing data-driven strategies, analyze operational data for improvement and optimization, and collaborate on logistics strategy development. Advanced Excel: Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and implement advanced functions and automation for efficiency. GIS and Geo-mapping: Apply GIS principles for spatial data analysis and utilize geo-mapping tools for interactive decision support. Verification Dashboard: Manage and enhance verification dashboards and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. In-House Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using proprietary software, provide training, and collaborate with IT for enhancements. Communication with Field Teams: Interact and support field teams on data queries and ensure accurate and timely data collection.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any stream or related field.
- Proficient in Excel with robust analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of GIS software and geo-mapping tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with field teams.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
Compensation (Monthly): IINR 20,000/- (Negotiable based on skills) and monthly incentive of INR 5,000/- based on the performance post completion of the probation period.
