What You'll Do

• You will oversee end to end supply chain operations to drive KPI improvements, profitability, manage strategic partnerships, and ensure operational resilience
• You will develop and implement operational strategies to improve warehousing network for rapidly growing market
• You will optimize last mile and reverse logistics management to drive down costs while at the same time improving customer service satisfaction
• You will ensure accurate and efficient inventory management whilst working with procurement and commercial teams to optimize stock levels
• You will provide actionable insights based on key operational metrics reports to support decision making
• You will work closely with APAC and EU teams to ensure strategic partnerships will integrate well within Emma eco-system
  
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• You have a Bachelors degree in Technology/Engineering; and/or Degree in Supply Chain in Operations from a reputable university
• You are proficient in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
• You have a proven track record managing warehousing efficiency, inventory management and driving favourable negotiation results
• You have Project Management experience that drives cost and process efficiency
• You have a strong understanding of WMS, ERP, and inventory control systems
• You have excellent analytical and executional skills to initiate and drive strategic decision making
