Operations Manager

TradeAir (IFSC) is an IFSCA-registered broker-dealer and fund management entity. We are seeking an experienced Chief Manager to join our GIFT City team.

• Manage BOD/EOD back-office accounts & front office processes, along with creating SOPs.
• Handle onboarding new clients on the broking/AIF platform.
• Handle communication with exchanges, banks, consultants, and other vendors.
• Manage all administrative tasks with a systematic approach.
• Assist the company in its growth trajectory by being a savvy operator in the IFSC, a fast-paced developing zone.
• Handle exchange and regulatory compliance like System, Internal, Cyber Audit and SEZ (Special Economic Zone) reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory announcements/changes made by various parties, such as exchanges (NSE IFSC, India INX) and regulators (IFSCA).

• MBA or equivalent degree (IIM plus).
• 2-3 Years of experience working in the broking or investment management (AIF) industry.
• Experience and knowledge about the GIFT zone.
• Qualified to be appointed Principal Officer under the IFSCA, Capital Market Intermediary Regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
