About The Role

  • Objective of the role:
    • Manages Site Operations
Responsibilities

  • Assist in transitions (property handover from the project team to operations & maintenance team) for different commercial, residential, retail properties
  • Manage site Operations and Maintenance activities
  • Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in commissioning of equipment & systems like Electrical Panels, Transformers, Diesel Generators, Fire Fighting Systems, Ventilation Systems, Chillers, etc.
  • Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts in technical trainings and audits for Technical Systems
  • Handles in design, audit and refurbishment of System & Processes for Property Management Services
  • Involve in Snagging and De-snagging verification assignments for property assets
  • Assist in maintaining and renew of site related Building Statutory Compliances
  • Vendor Management and procurement processes support
  • Document support in Business Development
  • Support in Administrative, Compliance, Legal documentations, etc.
  • Support in rollout and implementation of Preventive and Reactive Complaint Management Software, IT tools, etc.

Experience & Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4-6 yrs. experience
  • Complete Knowledge of Predictive/Preventive/Protective Maintenance Approaches for Building Systems
  • Effective trouble Shooting techniques
  • Improving Asset Value and Performance – Proactive Maintenance Scheduling
  • Ability to train, assigns, organize, prioritize, motivate, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned employees and contractors.
  • Must have the capacity to “wear many hats”.
  • Additionally, this role requires understanding of safety and environmental concerns as they relate to the equipment and the overall plant arena.
  • Good written and verbal communications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Procedure oriented, ability to work in a flexible schedule including overtime and workday changes
