Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

About the Role

Creste is growing, and we need someone to help keep things running smoothly.

From making DIY kits to planning kids' events, there’s a lot going on, and we need someone who can manage the day-to-day work and lead the team. You’ll need to stay organised, make sure everything happens on time, and handle the details that keep everything on track.

If you like to plan, stay organised, and are comfortable jumping in wherever needed, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

1. Plan Events & Workshops

• Coordinate with vendors, coaches, and venues to get everything ready
• Be there during events to make sure things run smoothly

2. Oversee DIY Kit Production

• Manage the process of buying materials, packing, and shipping kits
• Check that kits are packed properly, sent on time, and meet quality standards

3. Handle Inventory & Deliveries

• Track all materials and finished goods in our inventory
• Make sure deliveries reach the right locations on time
• Keep stock organised and avoid unnecessary waste

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in operations
• Background in events, education, retail, or DIY
• Ability to lead and manage a team and daily tasks
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, inventory software, and CRM systems
• Based in Lucknow (or willing to relocate) and open to full-time, in-office work

Bonus if you’ve worked with kids’ events or learning programs

Preferred Traits:

• Proactive and able to think on your feet
• Creative problem-solver, especially when things don’t go as planned
• Able to work well in a team but also take charge when needed
• Detail-oriented, making sure everything is done right
• Strong communicator and good at building relationships with people
