Deloitte Technology Canada is the Canada CIO’s IT department which manages an end-to-end portfolio of Canada business applications and technology infrastructure that supports business processes common to Deloitte Canada member firm.
Location: Hyderabad
Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

- Working with a dynamic team DTC (Deloitte Technology - Canada).
- Be the bridge between hiring managers and recruitment and ensure there is a clear tracking of all open positions across USI DT CA.
- Responsible for managing the resource details across USI DT CA which would become the base for multiple initiatives like R&R, Anniversary and other milestone notifications.
- Responsible for tracking USI DT CA R&R and Vantage point and other budgets.
- Responsible for generating reports on periodic basis to ensure rewards and recognition budget is being utilized effectively.
- Responsible for working with USI delivery leads to track CTH actuals and billing related information.
- Should own managing and tracking CDF specific to USI DT CA.
- Responsible for maintaining events calendar across USI DT CA to ensure there is proper spread of events throughout the year.
- Work with USI delivery leaders and Service Line Lead to work/maintain staff movement report.
- Be the point of contact for keeping the org charts up to date.
- Attend leadership meetings and follow up on action items.
- Over a period of time, there are multiple decks that were generated which gets used frequently during multiple leaderships visits, it would be the responsibility of this professional to keep them accurate and UpToDate.
- Be the point of contact for managing various IT assets across USI DT CA.
- Closely collaborate with Geo leads / Delivery leads on a weekly basis to track and report resource allocation & utilization across USI DT CA.
- Would be responsible for coming up with a process wherein resource utilization can be tracked on operations work across teams like T&I, Security and HIMS.
- Be the helping hand to USI DT CA leadership team during onshore leadership visits, by managing the agenda effectively.
- Identify process gaps across USI DT CA and come up with practically possible solutions and track them towards implementation.

Qualifications
Essential
- A Computer Science University degree and/or equivalent work experience
- A strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent Analytical Skill
- Minimum 6-7 years of exp for AM or 7-8.5 for DM experience as operations resource.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.
- Basic understanding of working with Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of using ServiceNow product is nice to have.
