About This Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Interns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating with operators and drivers, and maintaining accurate booking records.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle incoming customer emails and calls, providing prompt and professional support.
• Update customers with product information, booking status, and service updates.
• Coordinate with operators to confirm bookings and assign drivers.
• Maintain MIS (management information system) for all bookings, ensuring data accuracy.
• Follow up on pending queries and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Assist in operational tasks as required to ensure smooth trip execution.

Before the imposed lockdown due to coronavirus, we were serving about 7500 commuters per day. We plan to scale to 5,00,000 per day in the next 4 years in a profitable and sustainable manner.
