Responsibilities

Manage inventory stores, including stock receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation.
Handle day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead and supervise the billing team for accurate and timely invoicing.
Oversee the entire supply chain process – procurement, storage, order processing, and dispatch.
Coordinate with pharmaceutical distributors and transporters for timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and plan replenishments to avoid shortages or excess.
Ensure zero escalations by resolving operational issues proactively.
Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation and reports.
Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in stocks or pharmaceutical distribution, warehouse, and supply chain operations.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and billing processes.
