End to End Recruitment of all level positions including Engineering Technical professionals in Engineering / EPC / Oil Gas / Power / Chemical / Manufacturing / FMCG / Food / Pharma.
Understanding client requirements, Technical Screening, Sourcing candidates through External Job sites, Company Recruitment database, Employee Referral Database.
Scheduling interviews and intimates the results of the interviews to the candidates for further proceedings.
Client Handling/Coordinating.
Maintaining a strong database for effective recruitment process.
Building and maintaining the network with candidates.
Involve in salary negotiation, recommendation and closure for the incumbents.
