KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Statutory compliance and Liaison Ensure timely submission of insurance company and resolve all the claims related to insurance.
Make timely submission of FORM 21 to factory inspector.
Timely submission of physically handicapped details to factory inspector.
KRA2 Implementation of welfare activities To ensure smooth canteen administration and initiate action if any issues arise.
To mange and release the benefits under various welfare schemes.
To initiate various welfare schemes and perform employee engagement activities,
KRA3 Maintain smooth industrial relations and Grievance handling Maintain canteen administrations and ensure quality of services to the workmen within time schedule.
to resolve and IR issues arising and take report the higher authority.
KRA4 BEx implementation Implementation and institutionalization of sustainability Practices.
To ensure all compliance adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000 and OSHAS.
KRA5 ER initiatives To visit the shopfloor and interact with the workmen in order to understand and resolve their concerns.
Act as a single point of contact(SPOC), for the designated department and provide resolution.
