About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
  • Help build and maintain a strong company culture.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and founders.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or related field, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
