Job Overview

Rayzon Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Office Administration professional for our Surat office. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will manage the office environment efficiently, coordinate administrative duties, and ensure smooth operations within the company.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven work experience of 4 to 6 years in office administration or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Vendor Management (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced in Travel Management (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong Office Administration skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of computer proficiency to manage administrative software and tools.
  • Strong customer service skills to address and resolve administrative-related issues.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure a well-equipped workplace.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement needs.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Oversee office layout, ensuring a conducive work environment for employees.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Maintain company records, including employee files and administrative documents.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and required documentation.
  • Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks as needed.
