Position Summary

Analyst— Talent Services—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The position of Talent Services Analyst is a member of the EDC Talent Services team and reports to the Talent Services lead. This role provides critical administrative support to the client specifically in the area of administrative tasks, employee lifecycle management, and coordination of HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other internal systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, strong organizational skills, high attention to deal and familiarity with HR systems.

This role requires taking complete accountability of day-to-day tasks, a proactive mindset, being able to work across varied activities within the agreed deadlines and communicate well. It is essential the person maintains strict confidentiality related to all personal and departmental matters and correspondence and handles information in line with privacy requirements.

Work you will do.

As a Talent Services Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing:

  • Employee Lifecycle & Administration: Manage employee lifecycle events in Te Pokapu, including transfers, flexible work arrangements, parental leave, career breaks, bonding, and name changes. You will prepare and send employment-related letters such as variations to employment, lifecycle letters, and bespoke offers. You will coordinate the DocuSign process for employment documentation, ensuring timely sending and tracking of progress. You will maintain lifecycle trackers and issue manual notices for lifecycle events as needed.
  • Contractor & Secondee Management: Responsible for contractor lifecycle events, setting up contractors, subcontractors, and secondees in Te Pokapu, including managing documentation NDAs/ PS2 and issuing relevant communications to the business. You will manage contractor extensions issuing new agreements and terminations. Maintain accurate contractor reporting, track and report on fixed-term contracts.
  • Systems & Reporting Use SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow to manage HR cases and support operational workflows. You will handle DXC Coordinator group tasks and monitor case progress across payroll, IT, and operations. You will generate simple reports such as monthly starter and leaver summaries and fixed-term contract tracking. You will upload new starters into SR, remove leavers, and maintain both the referral tracker and alumni spreadsheets.
  • Document & Workspace Management: You will create and manage iManage folders for starters, contractors, and leavers and graduate and intern cohorts. You will support the recruitment team by reviewing documentation for accuracy and assisting with the preparation of bespoke employment offers.

Shift timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM

The team

The “Enabling Areas” team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Australia & New Zealand with a wide variety of capabilities categorized into skilled based CoE - Talent, Finance, Quality & Risk, Growth, Reporting & Analytics, and IT services.

The “Enabling Areas” are divided into sub-teams. Talent services come under Talent CoE which manages the life cycle and non-lifecycle transactions for the employees of DTT Australia & New Zealand and ensures a seamless employee experience from onboarding until exit.

Key Skills Required.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Should possess strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Can work under pressure and adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrates integrity and is capable to identify quality issues and suggest controls.
  • Able to exercise own initiative, be proactive and able to recommend appropriate solutions to problems.

Qualifications Required.

  • Candidates with a graduation degree should have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates with a postgraduate degree should have 1-3 years of relevant experience.
