Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Identify and attract qualified candidates for non-IT roles using various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.

Candidate Screening:

Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.

Job Posting:

Craft and post job descriptions tailored to non-IT roles across multiple platforms to attract the right talent.

Industry Research:

Stay updated on trends in non-IT sectors to better understand market dynamics and hiring demands.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.

Candidate Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Offer Management:

Support the negotiation and preparation of job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Suggest and implement improvements in the non-IT recruitment process to enhance efficiency and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT domains.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes for diverse industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
