Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various non-technical roles. Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates for non-IT positions.
Screening and Shortlisting:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions, conducting initial screening interviews as necessary.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
Candidate Engagement:
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.
Job Posting:
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various channels to attract qualified candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide insights on candidate availability and market trends.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to provide valuable insights for improving recruitment strategies.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations in the hiring process.
Reporting:
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate sources, to help assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
