Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization.

Client Interaction: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.

Talent Pool Management: Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for future openings.

Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to improve recruitment strategies.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
